morning … yesterday was another CRAZY rush to petrol stations, causing massive jams all over. Someone SMART sent out a rumour thru SMS, and the whole chicken-panic community rushing to the next petrol station the very first minute! Any forwarding SMS or e-mail, i will DELETE them WITHOUT reading. So, i m not aware of rumours/scams … etc.

Anyway, my night tuition class cancelled due to the jam!! I was so tired that i slept about 9pm! Haha … and they said you cant sleep well when you are aging? Hehe …

Apparently, the rumour is NOT true and my colleagues(especially one loud-speaker) are talking about it.

To Kia Kee — hey buddy, sorry that i do not use facebook/friendster for long time now. I tried to send a comment on your blog but i dont know how la. Driving at 80km/h is GOOD … haha, i m still driving below 80km/h. As they said that is the optimum speed, i will try to drive faster la. Yes, the petrol hike will hv its domino-effects on many things. Everything will be more expensive, obviously. And many businessmen(they are crooks driving BIG CARS and owning few BIG properties) are taking advantage on these situation la. What can we do? Reduce our usage … change our lifestyle, if any? Arrrghhh … once we shifting to our new campus, i hv to cough-up extra rm200 for petrol itself! Sigh

On the positive note, there are opportunities in the difficult times. Look into KLSE … it is still moving down … and WAIT … pick a bottoming stock and you might be able to have huge gain once the dampening sentiments are over!! Hmm… easier said than done, obviously. Which counter(s) should we look into?

AirAsia, MAS — Genting and Resorts —- Parkson? Construction and Property counters?? Maybank, TA, ECM, OSK, AFFIN, AMMB or any banking counters? With so many babes with cheap values, you are lost with choices!! Unless you hv a million dollar, you could only choose ONE.

Morning … today is a special day as it comes only once in every four years! Haha. Mr Lee’s birthday today, bought him BRAND’S. Should hv bought him 4 sets … for the next coming years. Hmmm … anyway, i recovered from my not-so-well situation yesterday.

Sutera League

I was too tired and also not feeling so well. But manage to play(and nap in within) 172, 174 and 186. Not bad for a person who did not touch the ball for 3 weeks and not well. Haha. Rusnan(my opponent and kaki) was joking that he needs to get sick so that he could strike like me! Haha. His game was terrible(of coz he never ask WHY, that explain WHY he could never beat me la). Our team won easily as Fred played very well … 227, 203, 196. Wow … a 200+ average. Another member, Wan is a novice …so, we know we need to cover him. He played 156, 152 and 178. Not so bad la …

Ok … need to check my market, smell fishy. Haha

House

Watched HOUSE on monday but hv no time to blog about the episode. Haha. Hmm … Foreman leaving the team, HOUSE sacked Chase , and Cameron resigned. Hmm … eveeryone is leaving him! And he still didnt show any remorse? Haha … typically HOUSE. Perhaps someone got to know me, sent the idea of such human to USA and great production team came out with idea of Medical(instead of my boring teaching world, dealing with students — patients more options for his characters! Haha) … or is it me seeing ME inside HOUSE as a character? Hehe … love him much(as i love myself much la). LOL

Grasshopper … one of my fav group when i was young! Miss them, man.

Zakiah Hassan

Just saw Zakiah in IS. Hehe .. 2 weeks ago, while teaching her daughter Add Maths(more of favour as a good friend, ex-colleague of INTI SABAH) … she mentioned about intention of moving away from INTI(due to workloads and pressure from Mr Wong). UiTM offering her good package and she is comtemplating of going there. So, i was thinking of IS … we are only having part-time econs teacher(cecilia — was full-time till this year she wanted to help her hubby in his business). Besides, Zakiah could teach Malaysian Studies too(with Benjamin Basital resigned and joined politic!). Just the right timing to get her in here, i could hv one more good friend(with BRAIN — many in IS are square, narrow-minded and robotic! Haha. I hv one colleague who speak about everything but know or do NOTHING. haha). It will benefit the school, she is a MALAY with a Master. If we are ever going to move forward to be a UNIVERSITY college status, it is a criteria to hv certain percentage of bumis and also master/phDs. Dont ask WHY … these are so-called "sensitive" in Malaysia’s politics. Hope she will take up the offer la …

READ the NEW MALAY DILEMMA by Dr M i posted recently. These are only for people WITH BRAIN and PASSION for living as a MALAYSIAN, being proud of being MALAYSIAN! I certainly proud to be born here. Tho MALAYSIA TIDAK BOLEH in many manners(example — maturity and educated), i will still work to serve my country-men. Teaching my students is one of the way i could feel i m doing that. Trading

This is to Ah Wai, my cousin … my AUNT SK’s only son. KNM was traded around 8.00 end of dec/begin of jan(due to some good news etc etc … please DEDICATEDLY READ more biznews like me, boy).  It dropped below 7.00, one of my friend(as always those so-called investors who want quick money) and told me it WONT drop further and bought at 6.95. He like SWEARING it wont go below .. i kept quiet(wondering why is he telling me these for and asking my opinion when he obviously made up his mind). WAI … today it is traded at 5.95 and he lost RM1 for each lot. I did not asked how much he bought, but i m sure he will go ALL OUT, afterall he is DAMN SURE that 6.95 WAS the lowest! Today he still hold … 5.95 la. Hmm … what can i say, i dont wish to speculate as i m TOO NEW in trading but USE BRAIN, look longer term, then INVESTING in share market is NOT scary la.

HOW low will KNM go? How am i going to know? Haha … it is GLC, for election sake. It is always RISKY to buy popular stocks controlled by gov-politically-linked companies. Ride the tide, man.

Liverpool

I did not plan to play this Master as i did not train for it at all. Besides, i was supposed to hv a tuition class. Given myself the needed break to be with my friends, i went for the game! Hey, Fred … Liverpool drew again. NOPE! They lost la … Fred argued. Last minute, penalty due to Carra. WTF? I watched till minutes of 91+(3 minutes extra) and they scored?? Wa-lau … Liverpool surely the best, man. LOL. He was wearing a Liverpool’s shirt for the final.

I remembered once … years ago, I was watching Pool vs MU. At the last minute, I was ready to bed … closing the windows etc … GOALL … Ferdinand scored with a header and they lost to the Devils. Oh shit, man.

Sutera Master

I reached there earlier after dinner alone at GracePoint. Hmm … I practised two games with my free games — good feel! RM100 for 12 games. I was joking around with many as they didnt see me playing bowling anymore? HEY CP, mana pergi lu? Hai yah … I bikin anak la, casually i replied. LOL.

8pm, the game started in proper … lanes draw … and i was drawn with my team-mate Guslin, Faiz(Sukma player) and Wasal. The notable missing players are Taufik(sabah top), Rosdih(2nd top) and Melvin Chok.

The winning team - THE SUPERNATURAL - Fred Yap, Me, Guslin and Wan. We are the champion for two consecutive season. Three teams stronger than us, but we prevailed due to TEAMWORK.

The Master results:

1. Fred Yap — 199 average with 15 hcps <— my partner won! Hehe

2. Rahim Maidin 202 with hcps 11 <— defending champ(Sabah top 5)

3. Ahmad Faiz 187 with hcps 20

4. K S Lai 188 with hcps 17

5. Sallehuddin 194 with hcps 11 <— one of the top 5 player in Sabah

6. CP Teh 189 with hcps 12.  211, 215, 181, 199, 191, 166, 169, 164,(3 low games … brain was sleeping … it was 11.45pm la) 205, 192, 203 and 170<— enough to cover the game fees. But the satisfaction of beating many top players in sabah is PRICELESS.

My first ‘turkey’ — it was in game 2

My game 11 : I hv 4 open-frames and staring for a very low game. It is almost 1am … physically tired. I pulled myself up … put the mind to work … 6 strikes in the row to reach 203 and placed at no 6(from 8 after game 10). Very high, man. Haha

Wow … told you what positive attitudes could do! In fact, it gave me the extra edge over most of the players. eventho i didnt prepare AT ALL, i can a VERY tough opponents to many due to my strength in mental. Of coz we still hv many no so good players(tho in top 20) who trained almost daily who still think I m lucky! I play straight ball, no fancy spinning or hook, with 10 pounds ball! LOL. I luaghed at the stupidity of my surrounding bowlers and used that to my advantage. Hehe
